I was introduced to Cindi Richard through her newsletters and marketing reports about the goings on in and around Newburyport that she mailed to local residents on a regular basis. As my schedule did not allow me much time to stay on top of local events, I came to rely on her newsletters and real estate marketing reports to determine whether and when I should sell my Newburyport home. I finally scheduled a meeting with Cindi in March 2018 to help me decide. I found her to be warm and friendly, along with being highly professional in making her presentation to me. I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the wonderful job you did in selling our home.
When we first spoke, my wife, Lynn, and I were reluctant to use a broker in this “Hot” market.
We felt we could get the same results selling our home on our own. Boy. Were we wrong! First of all we would have underpriced our home by approximately 40k. Secondly, we were unaware of the reluctance of buyers to work with “for sale by owners”. Your knowledge and guidance made selling our home much less stressful and much more profitable!You impressed us during our initial sit down. both Lynn and I were pleasantly surprised at how prepared you were and how much research you had done to determine a price for our home. Going outside of the neighborhood to get realistic Comps took extra work and we really appreciate the effort.
